Shiatsu Course 20th,21st September 2003
The course on the weekend was a great success with everyone getting much out of the course. We had a bit of a worry on day one when we turned up to find that the staff at the Centre did not know we were coming. After a couple of phone calls it was quickly sorted and we got underway only 15 mins late.
Day 1 was pretty intense with the class getting through about 4 of the pressure point meridians. Some of the class were getting a little baffled with the terminology but settled into it after a while.
Day 2 saw the class fly through the next seven meridians and then we spent time going over the locations and applying the points.
Many of us have since applied our knowledge from the course and I will confess that my own mother as been a recipient of the course. LOL
Don't miss the next course when we have one. I will notify everyone ASAP

Trip To Tasmania
All students are notified that during the dates 17th November - 26th November, Sensei Kurt will be in Tasmania instructing. Classes will continue as normal with Sensie RickGrant and Sensie Steve Theobald taking the classes when applicable. With gradings coming up around the end of November it would be recommended that all students still maintain their training regimes.
 Gradings August 9th
As most students would be aware, gradings were successful for everyone. There were no fails on the day but those who needed attention were told what they needed to work on. The standard in general however was very good and all Sensei were impressed by the large turnout by students not grading but coming for support. Please checkout the photos on the photo page. ( no photographs of Juniors will be displayed until prior permission from parents and guardians are given. This is part of our child protection policy.)

Just remember everyone that to be ready for your next grading you must go to training. Practice makes perfect. Without that you will struggle!!! Besides, you need the minimum number of training sessions behind you to grade.
